Trek above old lava fields to the summit of Huckleberry Mountain on this 10.2-mile round-trip ramble in Gifford Pinchot National Forest. TO TRAILHEAD: I-84 W to Cascade Locks exit. Cross Columbia River. Right onto WA 14 for 5.9 miles. L onto WA 30 for 4.2 miles. R onto Bear Creek Rd. for 10.8 miles. Left onto Road 68. Go 2 miles, then park on R near junction with Road 511.
