TO TRAILHEAD: From I-84 exit 44 (Cascade Locks), drive under I-84 and through Cascade Locks for 2 mi. to eastbound ramp. At stop sign, cross road and drive E past Oxbow Fish Hatchery to Herman Creek Campground (parking on R).
