TO TRAILHEAD: Take I-295 N to exit 8 (Washington Ave./ME 26 N). In 3.6 mi., L onto Lambert St. Straight @ stop sign; pass under overpass. In 500 ft., L into parking area (boat launch 100 ft. down trail).
