Lost Valley Mountain Biking 5/19/2009

 

Ride with Jay from mound parking lot counter clockwise on trail. No snakes on the trail today; one deer on the double track and a pesky tick that made it's way home loosely attached to my skin. Pretty busy on the trail. Weather was perfect and trail conditions are nice.
