TO TRAILHEAD: Start: From Cedar Springs, VA, head east on Cedar Springs Rd./VA 614. In .1 mile, turn left onto Cedar Springs Rd. In .2 mile, turn left onto Glade Mountain Rd. In 1.8 miles, continue straight onto VA 86. In 2.9 miles, continue on Glade Mountain Rd. Go 30 feet to trail crossing.
End: From Main St. and Commerce St. in Marion, VA, head northeast on Main St./US 11. In 400 feet, turn left onto N. Main St./US 11. In 8.9 miles, park at the Relax Inn (fee to park). Walk southeast 450 feet to trail crossing.
