TO TRAILHEAD: Start: From Harriman, NY, head south on NY 17. Go 3 miles to parking.

End: From Bear Mountain, NY, head northwest on US 202 for .4 mile. At traffic circle, take Palisades Interstate Pkwy./US 6 W (toward New Jersey). In 3.4 miles, take exit 17 for parking at Anthony Wayne Recreation Area. Note: Walk south .8 mile to reach the AT.
